I casually entered a stylish Vietnamese eatery near the station. First, the aromatic soup pho was served, and I was moved by the tender beef melting in the gentle broth. The rice noodles had a smooth and elastic texture, which was a fun experience different from somen. The bun cha served in a dipping noodle style had a sharp spiciness and garlic flavor that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The payment was quickly completed using a QR code on my smartphone, making it convenient and stress-free. The takeout banh mi was also packed with ingredients, and I was satisfied even when taking it home.
