I recently traveled to Nagano for a 3-day weekend! 🚅 First, we landed in Matsumoto and had lunch at Soba Club Sasaki before visiting Matsumoto Castle Mountains! Nagano is all about soba 💕! Moreover, this is a restaurant with a hundred famous restaurants on the food log! 🏆 Order "Morisoba" at ‼︎ The soba noodles are 90% 3/4 buckwheat noodles made from Chino buckwheat seeds! ⚾️ I feel so much care in this chopped number 🤔. First of all, I tried it without anything on it and was surprised by its too strong soba taste and aroma! 😳 Amazingly delicious ✨✨! Next, when you try it with salt, the powerful flavor of the soba is enhanced even more! 👍 I almost finished it without dipping it in the tsuyu! 😂 A dish that suddenly changes your concept of soba! 🙆🙆 The restaurant was very cozy with stylish jazz music playing 👌. Great soba restaurant! I would like to visit again!

Authentic soba restaurant in Nagano Prefecture! Soba noodles in Nagano, where the water is clean, are still the best! The soba noodles are flat and smooth, so you can enjoy eating them without any trouble. I ordered a simple Zaru-soba, but I was satisfied with it. It was simple, but the aroma of soba was so rich and delicious! It was really delicious!
