There is a calm atmosphere reminiscent of the old days, and the Chinese-style decorations inside the restaurant are quite nice. The dishes are clearly made with care, and the anticipation while waiting for them to be ready is exciting. The gyoza has an impressive aroma, with the flavor of Sichuan pepper spreading gently, and the wrapping is beautiful, showcasing the craftsmanship. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with the umami well sealed in. The eight-treasure stir-fry has larger ingredients and the heat is just right, with the shrimp and squid being plump, and the cabbage absorbing the flavors, making it satisfying. The sweet and sour pork has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and the combination of tender diced pork and pineapple works very well.
