Here, there are various varieties of edamame available, making it enjoyable to compare their flavors. Akita Honoka has an outstanding roasted aroma and richness, and the beans are impressive. Yukine has a soft texture, and its gentle creaminess is pleasant. Sakana Mame is aromatic, and its umami lingers even after tasting, which is impressive. The flavor of Chabana is also appealing, with a scent reminiscent of matcha that wafts away. All of them are incredibly fresh, and the seasonal beans are very satisfying.
