The flavors of the hot spring can be savored slowly and moisturize the skin. A sumptuous meal is served, including appetizers, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), boned water eggplant, tempura, sashimi, main course steak, and takikomi-gohan (takikomi rice), all in satisfying portions. The quality of the meat is especially excellent and tastes delicious. The alcohol menu is also extensive, with draft beer and Rashomon cold sake available. In the hotel's restaurant, we felt the charm of southern Osaka because of the mix of people in hotel yukata and those who come from outside just to dine.
