Cowboy Grill

At Cowboy Grill, we offer barbecue cooked over wood at a high temperature of 120 degrees for 7 to 12 hours. Our signature menu, Jack's Platter, features a variety of meat dishes including beef ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chili chicken. The side dishes include coleslaw, jalapeños, and French fries, all generously portioned.

The interior is divided into an Eastern building that evokes a camping atmosphere and a Western building that has a quiet café-like feel. Both are designed to enjoy the natural scenery, and especially from the window seats, you can savor breathtaking mountain views. Outdoors, you can also roast marshmallows, providing an experience that feels just like being at a campsite.
