The interior has an elegant and calm atmosphere, and the counter lined with glasses is lovely. Wine is also available, allowing you to enjoy the pairing with the dishes. All the ingredients are fresh, and the surf clam, in particular, was thick and rich in flavor, leaving a strong impression. The rice is on the smaller side, well-balanced, and has a very pleasant texture. The chawanmushi with melting cheese is unique and brings a smile to your face. The service is prompt, and the staff are friendly, making for a comfortable dining experience.
