The interior of the shop, where you can feel the warmth of wood, is calm and allows you to relax immediately even if you just walk in. The appetizer of simmered eggplant has a gentle flavor, which made me smile from the start. The sashimi is rich and creamy, with a strong umami flavor reminiscent of kelp. The fried chicken, shishamo, and whole dried sardines are all carefully fried, making them perfect to enjoy with drinks. The whiteboard displays a variety of drink options, including sake, lemon sour, and apricot liqueur soda, which is fun to choose from. The daily special of Mehakko sashimi and fried fugu also piques my interest, making this shop full of charm.
