Standard. Stable. Such Houtou Houtou and udon are different. Of course, it is different from Kishimen. What is Houtou? Is it similar to sword noodle? Whenever I go to Yamanakako, I almost always go to this restaurant. After a tiring day of wakeboarding at Lake Yamanakako, I have a pumpkin Houtou to refresh my energy. There are other Hoto restaurants, but this is the place to go. There are other Houtou restaurants, but only this one is crowded. I've been to other Hoto restaurants, and of course they are just as good. But for some reason, I choose this place. Is it because it is a safe store? I haven't eaten much other than Kabocha Houtou.
