It is easy to find and has a convenient atmosphere close to the station. Although it is a standing bar, the interior is divided into a counter and tables, making it user-friendly. The specialty liver sashimi is fragrant, and the deliciousness of the grilled flavor is clearly felt. The two types of offal sashimi are enjoyable with the chewy texture of the gizzard and tongue, and the flavor is enhanced with spicy miso or salt sauce. The beef tendon tofu has a gentler taste than it looks, with the umami soaking into the tofu, making it delicious. The skewers are flavorful and pair well with drinks, allowing for a casual and enjoyable experience.

It's close to the station, so you can enter as soon as you think of it. It's a standing drinking style, but the inside is clean and comfortable. The offal simmered in demi-glace has a rich flavor, and it's perfect when paired with bread. There are various types of offal sashimi and skewers, and I was satisfied to taste items like cheek and shibire. The potato salad, in particular, is smooth, and the combination of seaweed and salted cod is addictive. The staff's response was pleasant, and it was a fun time to have a quick drink in the spacious interior.
