The brown rice rice balls are fluffy, and the seaweed wraps them perfectly and beautifully. The fillings include bitter melon miso, bitter greens, and grilled salmon with Saikyo miso, all of which have a strong flavor. The first dish served is kachū-yu, which has the aroma of bonito flakes and can be adjusted to your liking with miso and sansho pepper. The small bowl of mozuku natto, seasonal vegetables, pickles, and dried sardines are all presented on one plate, providing a sense of satisfaction. For dessert, you can choose from chocolate cake, carrot cake, or panna cotta, and it's delightful to enjoy homemade flavors. Each dish is prepared with care, and I feel that the more I eat, the more comforting the meal becomes.
