The interior of the restaurant is clean, and the enticing smell of grilled food fills the air, creating a sense of excitement. The eel is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and has a good balance of fat, making it very delicious. The sauce is not overpowering, and combined with the perfectly cooked rice, it makes you want to keep eating. The rolled omelet has a strong flavor of dashi and a gentle texture. You can choose between warm or cold udon and kishimen, both of which are smooth and enjoyable to eat. There is a slight wait for the food to be served, but you can tell that it is being carefully grilled, resulting in a high level of satisfaction after the meal.
