The genre is okonomiyaki and monjayaki. The restaurant is unique in that the owner himself cooks the okonomiyaki at each seat or right in front of the counter. We especially recommend the modern-yaki, which is very flavorful and goes very well with sake. It is also open during the daytime, so it is recommended for lunch.
