This is a shop located in a calm place, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the station. Inside, there is a counter and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxing time. There is a wide variety of seafood and vegetables, and the sashimi, including grilled options, highlights the flavors beautifully. The richness of the sea urchin is distinctly felt, and the salt-grilled black throat sea perch is fatty and melts in your mouth. The selection of sake is extensive, and it's nice that the chef quickly shares seasonal recommendations. There is also thoughtful attention, such as frying the shrimp shells to a fragrant crisp, and to finish, the Inaniwa udon is smooth and pleasant.
