The New Year's limited edition cream puff is a delicious combination of strawberry and custard. The crispy dough is filled with sweet and sour strawberry cream. The custard cream is not too sweet, making it easy to eat even for those with a sweet tooth. We purchased Beard Papa's pie puffs, and although the dough was tough, the cream was delicious. I would like to go back if the next go-guy ticket also includes Beard Papa's.
