As I pass through the inconspicuous entrance, I feel a thrill as if I have entered a hidden retreat. The starter of avocado and apple sorbet, combined with the saltiness of the prosciutto, highlights its refreshing taste. The colorful vegetable and lamb terrine is visually stunning, and its rich aroma lifts my spirits. The basil-finished Genovese linguine from Ishikari harmonizes the chewy noodles with creamy oysters, bringing a smile to my face. Sharing the pasta with seaweed, shrimp, and crab with friends makes the chilled white wine taste even better. I was able to fully enjoy everything from vegetables to desserts in the beautiful interior, and by the time I left, I was filled with happiness.
