The pork cutlet has a crispy batter and is deliciously balanced with the thickness of the meat. The miso soup also has a strong dashi (Japanese soup stock) flavor and is very hearty. The restaurant is run by the owner and his wife, and the atmosphere feels like it has seen better days. The grilled rice is moist, not dry, and is usually delicious. The menu is rich and has some innovative dishes, so I would like to try a variety of dishes next time. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
