I was excited by the very stylish space of a single-family restaurant with a white theme. From the counter seats, I could see the chef's meticulous work, which heightened my expectations. The course featured fresh vegetables from Toyama as the main attraction, with the sweetness and aroma of the ingredients spreading with each dish. Seasonal ingredients like snap peas and wild vegetables appeared one after another, keeping the experience enjoyable without getting boring. The seafood and game, finished with a fragrant charcoal grill, added accents, creating a well-balanced overall experience. Even the desserts were elaborate, making for a satisfying dining experience until the very end.

Located in a quiet residential area, as soon as you open the door, the scent of firewood wafts through the air. The calm interior of the house is very stylish, and I felt excited while being guided to my seat. The course features a little bit of vegetables, seafood, and high-quality meat, allowing enjoyment for both the eyes and the palate. A dish made with vegetables from Toyama is rich in aroma, and you can truly feel the chef's dedication. The wines selected by the sommelier pair perfectly with each dish, and the expanding flavors with each sip were fascinating. By the time I finished eating, I felt completely satisfied both in heart and stomach, and I felt I had spent a special time.
