The exterior has a Japanese atmosphere, but once you enter, it transforms into a calm Western space. Upon entering, a smiling staff member kindly guides you to your seat. The seating is centered around tables, cozy and allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The course begins with an amuse-bouche, followed by appetizers, the main course, dessert, and coffee, flowing smoothly throughout. The recommendations for white wine are spot on, perfectly matching both the aroma and flavor of the dishes. The foie gras mousse and a dish of seafood were particularly impressive, providing a pleasant feeling reminiscent of a quiet hideaway.
