Toto's Kitchen is a new-style outdoor food court located in Yanagitsu, Gifu City. This place, dedicated to Korean cuisine, features a kitchen housed in a trailer and terrace seating that creates a unique atmosphere. Even in winter, stoves are provided, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in warmth and comfort. The diverse selection of Korean dishes, especially the budae jjigae and chukumi samgyeopsal, delights the palates of visitors.

It is located in a place that is easy to gather, and there is a tent with heating on the terrace, allowing for a comfortable experience even in the cold season. There are many new menu items crafted by a staff member who is a food enthusiast, and my expectations rose the moment I sat at the table. The chukumi samgyeopsal, loaded with octopus and vegetables, offers a high level of satisfaction as you can enjoy the process of mixing and stir-frying rice and cheese at the end. The budae jjigae and mala soup, filled with ingredients, had just the right amount of spiciness and warmed my body. The crispy honey mustard chicken coated in cornflakes has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity that keeps you wanting more. There are also morning pancake sandwiches and shaved ice where you can freely pour syrup, allowing for a joyful sharing experience with friends until the very end.
