This place, which is well-known in the local area, becomes lively with people coming in one after another during lunchtime. I ordered a generous serving of morisoba, and once I started slurping it with the fragrant dipping sauce, I couldn't stop and finished it all at once. The warm soba broth they serve after the meal has a comforting taste, making it a pleasant way to wrap up even when I'm full. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter, and the shrimp, in particular, is plump and brings a smile to my face. The chilled Chinese noodles I had before, while simple in appearance, had a deep flavor that made me crave them. Each dish is hearty and satisfying without becoming monotonous, so just thinking about what to choose next fills me with excitement.
