On December 13, 2025, I entered the restaurant late with my granddaughter in Seoul. We received heartfelt hospitality filled with laughter, thanks to the fun conversations with the friendly manager and staff at the delicious sushi restaurant. We entered after detoxing at 'Rice Bran 100% Enzyme Bath Sasa' located at Kobuchi Station on the JR Yokohama Line. We ordered the Omakase Supreme Set, toasted with draft beer, and then my granddaughter ordered the special highball from Sushi Mon, while I had whiskey straight. The Vietnamese chef, who has been in Japan for 20 years, prepared authentic sushi, and we both enjoyed it immensely. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also excellent. My granddaughter stayed at our home for eight days and returned to her country the next morning. While in the Mini Cooper heading to Narita Airport, I asked her what she liked best this time, and she mentioned that the Rice Bran 100% Enzyme Bath Sasa and this Sushi Mon Shinjuku location were very good. We decided to follow this course again next time. The hospitality from the manager and staff was top-notch. We will definitely visit again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, the sushi, and the enjoyable service from the staff including the manager were all wonderful and excellent. I visited three times in December, and I plan to come again when I pass by the area. My granddaughter in Seoul and my wife were also very satisfied.
