The counter surrounds an open kitchen, creating a very stylish atmosphere. There is a variety of seasonal dishes and creative cuisine, and you can be satisfied with any choice you make. The fresh oysters from Miyagi Prefecture and the smoked liver mousse are particularly rich in flavor and pair excellently with wine. The sea urchin pudding and duck breast ham with orange sauce also had a perfect balance of flavors that impressed me. Many of the wines are selected by the owner after tasting, and if you share your preferences, they will recommend the perfect bottle for you. The takeout menu is also extensive, and it was heartwarming to see regular customers happily coming to buy their meals.
