Located by the lake, you can relax while enjoying the view. You buy tickets from a vending machine and hand them to the staff; drinks and cleanup are self-service. The dishes featuring char (hime masu) are abundant, and the skewered fried food has a crispy batter with a fluffy texture that is delicious. The whole grilled fish has a fragrant skin, and the mild flesh's umami is distinctly felt. The sushi has larger cuts, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible. The specialty fried sweet potatoes are fluffy, allowing you to enjoy a unique taste that can only be found here.
