The quiet and calm atmosphere is pleasant, allowing for a leisurely time. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and both sour drinks and beer are easy to drink. Each skewer is relatively large, cooked just right, and tender. I was particularly surprised by the creamy texture of the heart, and the crunchy texture of the tsukune with lotus root is also enjoyable. The chicken sashimi and gizzard sashimi are fresh, offering a different texture compared to the skewers. The water hot pot is prepared with the help of the staff, who assist with the ingredients and the finishing ramen, allowing for a delicious experience until the very end.
