The skewers are served three at a time, which is great for enjoying a variety. The grilling is perfect, and both the salt and sauce have a good balance of flavors. The heart, tongue, and liver are cooked just right, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The tsukune is fluffy and brings a smile to my face. The skewers are small and easy to eat, allowing for a good pace. The appetizer is also delicious, and there are even hot pot options, making for a satisfying experience.
