Upon entering the restaurant, I was guided to a seat by the window where I could see flowers, which lifted my spirits. The first course consisted of five small appetizers arranged beautifully, allowing for visual enjoyment with cute dishes and edible flowers. The fish, including silver flounder and honeycomb grouper, was complemented by a sauce infused with saffron and cherry blossom aroma, enhancing its deliciousness. The meat, featuring pork tenderloin with mozzarella and Sakura-hime chicken, was moist, and the richness of the butter consomme was delightful. The rice cooked in a clay pot paired perfectly with the side dishes, and the pound cake served after the meal was accompanied by maple from Tōbetsu Town, bringing happiness. The monthly changing set meals and the limited edition Ito fish each reflected careful preparation, resulting in high satisfaction with every dish.
