Near the scenic area, the exterior with the charm of a traditional wooden house and the pleasant texture of wood inside the store is wonderful. The thin handmade noodles are smooth and elastic, and their aroma spreads as you eat. The mixed udon topped with meat miso and a soft-boiled egg offers a satisfying combination of sweetness and mildness. The fried burdock and eggplant tempura have a freshly fried feel, with a crispy and light texture. You can first enjoy the noodles on their own, and then mix in the meat miso and egg to experience a change in flavor. The clear broth is also to my liking, allowing for a pleasant eating experience until the end.
