The interior is stylish like a café, with a calm color scheme and dry flowers that stand out. There are sofas and a counter, making it easy to drop in alone. The freshly boiled thin homemade noodles are smooth and chewy, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The clear broth has a deep umami flavor that makes you want to drink it until the end. The fluffy rice balls filled with pickled plum or bonito flakes, along with the gentle-tasting small side dishes and rolled omelet, provide a nice accent. When paired with black seven spice or crispy tempura, the aroma and texture change, making it an exciting experience throughout.
