When you enter the restaurant, the staff greets you cheerfully, and it's nice to be able to choose between a table or the counter. First, water is served immediately, and the system of ordering with a bell is easy to understand. The signature dish, aged tonkatsu, has a light and crispy coating, and the meat inside is tender and melts in your mouth with a hint of sweetness. The large shrimp tempura is also packed with meat, and switching between tartar sauce and salt keeps it interesting until the end. Rice, shredded cabbage, miso soup, and pickles are all available for refills, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the tonkatsu. There are many small touches, like being able to choose your dressing or grind sesame seeds yourself, making it a fun place to get full.
