In a quiet little shop nestled in a residential area, gentle Vietnamese music flows softly as you open the door. The friendly staff greets you in kind Japanese, making it easy to relax even if it's your first visit. The warmed French bread is crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, leaving me impressed with just one bite. The vegetable namasu, which has a balance of sweetness, acidity, and a hint of spiciness, along with fragrant cilantro, and moist meat and ham are packed in a way that keeps it interesting until the last bite. The creamy salted coffee, when mixed well, spreads a subtle saltiness amidst the sweetness and bitterness, making it irresistibly delicious. It's a wonderful shop where you can casually enjoy authentic flavors whether dining in or taking out.
