In a tranquil atmosphere located in the countryside, you feel at ease the moment you arrive. The interior has a moderate number of tables and tatami seating, with some sunken kotatsu-style seats, allowing for a relaxed experience. The menu features dishes made with plenty of homemade vegetables, and you can feel the strength of the ingredients in each one. In particular, the green spinach udon is thin yet chewy, and pairs perfectly with the gentle natural broth. The salt-cooked local chicken is seasoned with garlic and pepper, creating a mildly spicy dish that makes it hard to stop eating the barley rice. After the meal, when I peeked into the direct sales shop, I found fresh vegetables and fruits on display, making it easy to enjoy some souvenirs as well.
