The tonkatsu is crispy, and the richness of the fat makes it very satisfying. There are various types to choose from, such as large fillet cutlets, loin cutlets, and garlic tonkatsu, making it fun to select. The shredded cabbage is generously piled up, and there was also macaroni salad served on the side. The rice is in a small tea bowl, but there is more than expected, filling up the stomach. The miso soup contains green onions, tofu, and seaweed, and the aroma of the dashi is comforting. By changing the flavor with the table's medium-thick sauce or soy sauce, you can enjoy the crispiness until the end.
