The atmosphere is calm, and it's exciting to see the craftsmanship up close. When you place an order, they quickly and carefully prepare pressed sushi and nigiri right in front of you. The pressed sushi with mackerel, small sea bream, and eel has fluffy rice, and the flavors are refined. The balance between the toppings and the rice is excellent, and each piece brings a sense of satisfaction. It's convenient to take away, but it's also nice to be able to enjoy it slowly at the table. The warm hospitality of the couple and their efficiency lift your spirits even before you start eating.
