Shibuki Restaurant opened as a new tenant of Hokugen-tei and is renowned for its fresh sashimi and seafood dishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The sashimi is all fresh, and the engawa (flounder fin) was particularly impressive. The fried dishes are also good, with the shrimp tempura having a light batter and the tartar sauce being smooth. The rice bowl with marinated fish and the sashimi set meal's small dishes are well-prepared, with the simmered dishes and pickles being flavorful and delicious. The smoothies are rich and can be enjoyed alongside the meal. The service is attentive and considerate, making for a pleasant experience.
