This shop is within walking distance from Noshima Station and has a small parking space behind the supermarket. The dishes created from the chef's free-spirited ideas change with the seasons, providing fresh surprises every time you visit. On this day, there were treasures from the sea and mountains, such as sake-steamed sweet sea bream, grilled black rockfish with Saikyo miso, and roasted venison, all of which had a careful and rich flavor. In particular, the combination of monkfish sashimi with its roe and skin was a first for me, and the umami was intense and impressive. The yakisoba-style dish I ordered to finish was also fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The friendly service from the staff was pleasant, and I felt that it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal.
