Nandaimon is a hidden restaurant where you can enjoy the unique flavors of charcoal-grilled meat. The meat grilled on a shichirin is juicy and packed with umami, and it is especially exquisite when paired with house-made kimchi and namul. I am happy that it is grilled over charcoal in a shichirin, and the roasted aroma is very noticeable. The sagari, tongue, and pork belly are all tender, and the meat's umami is well-expressed. The sauce is not overpowering, and the aftertaste is refreshing, which I prefer. The homemade kimchi is particularly impressive, and the namul, soup, and stone-cooked bibimbap are also satisfying. The interior has both table and raised seating, creating a calm atmosphere with a sense of history. The staff are kind, and I feel that there are many regular customers.
