Located in Anyang, Menbuku Jemyongso is an authentic Japanese udon specialty shop that uses the 100-year-old traditional soy sauce from Kyoto Kurazukuri Brewery. They take pride in their warm broth udon with firm noodles. The three pieces of karaage that come with the meal are especially delicious and well-regarded. The staff are all very friendly, making it a great place to eat in the neighborhood.
