It is easy to walk from the station, and the location in front of the park is easy to find. The private room with tatami mats where you take off your shoes has a table and chair style, allowing for a relaxed time. From the very first dish, the creativity shines through, and I was excited by the glass dish and beautiful presentation. The fugu sashimi, deep-fried kue, Ise lobster sashimi, and wagyu sukiyaki all left a lasting impression. The seasoning made use of seasonal and local ingredients, making even ingredients I usually don't favor taste delicious. They didn't overlook the finishing touches or desserts, with satisfying offerings like crab rice and homemade gelato.

Located in front of Wakakusa Park, it is also easily accessible from JR Oita Station. There are only three private rooms, so it's reassuring to make a reservation. You can take off your shoes and relax on the tatami mats, enjoying your time at the table with chairs. From the start, the presentation is beautiful, and the explanations are thorough, which lifts your spirits. The fugu sashimi, fried fugu, aosa seaweed chawanmushi, and the beautifully presented sashimi in a goblet particularly left a lasting impression. The wagyu beef sukiyaki, snow crab rice, Ise lobster miso soup, and even the final ice cream and gelato were all meticulously prepared, leaving me very satisfied.
