This izakaya allows you to casually enjoy Nagoya cuisine, and especially when you toast with a beer that has a rich miso flavor, it lifts your spirits. The chicken wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, seasoned with spices that make them irresistibly delicious. The doteyaki, which is pork offal simmered slowly, is infused with the sweetness and umami of Hatcho miso, making it a dish that makes you crave rice. The gratin made with komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and eggs is loaded with cheese yet has a light aftertaste, allowing you to eat more than you expect. The Neapolitan pasta served on a hot plate is topped with fluffy eggs, and the fragrant noodles paired with a gentle sauce create a perfect match. The interior features radios and magazines related to the Dragons, creating a fun atmosphere that further enhances the Nagoya vibe.
