Sitting at the counter, I was excited by the bright and beautiful interior of the restaurant. The handwritten menu and the variety of lunch options presented a delightful dilemma in choosing. The sushi that was served was visually stunning, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance with the rice. The large shrimp tempura and seasonal vegetables were crispy, and I couldn't help but keep eating. I also enjoyed the strong Japanese tea and self-serve hot coffee, which allowed me to take a relaxing break. Thanks to the kind owner, I felt comfortable throughout the meal and had a highly satisfying experience.
