After walking a little from the station, you are welcomed by a calm and serene shop. As soon as you take your seat, a hot towel and warm tea are served, which makes you feel relaxed. The sushi is generously sized, and the freshness of the medium fatty tuna and sea bream is particularly impressive. The sweet shrimp miso soup and the small dish of shishito peppers with a hint of sesame also had a comforting flavor. The craftsman behind the counter works skillfully, showcasing a traditional and meticulous approach. The atmosphere is friendly, typical of a local sushi restaurant, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely time while chatting with friends.
