The exterior is unique and makes you excited even before entering. There is a selection of larger breads that pair well with meals, and there were also sandwiches available. The aroma of the bread baked in a stone oven is rich, and the toastiness is irresistible. The brioche has a very fine texture, and the gentle sweetness of the wheat is distinctly felt, which was impressive. The brioche with raisins is also fluffy and flavorful, conveying the happiness of being freshly baked. The sandwiches, with their neatly arranged fillings, maintain a harmonious taste no matter where you take a bite, and the deliciousness of the duck is particularly impressive.
