When I entered for lunch, there were customers at both the counter and the tables, making it lively. The owner kindly said, 'We can make the sushi larger if you'd like,' which made me feel at ease in the friendly atmosphere. The nigiri with shrimp, tuna, and scallops had a perfect match of fluffy rice and fresh toppings. The egg nigiri had rice sandwiched in the cut, making it visually enjoyable and interesting in texture. The sweet and salty seasoning of the kanpyo roll and the rich flavor of the simmered chicken wings and konjac left a lasting impression. I was very satisfied to slowly savor the carefully prepared sushi in the calm interior of the restaurant.
