Sweet Potato Shochu
Sato Black ※Water Dilution
Water dilution is recommended. This method allows you to fully enjoy the original flavor of shochu. Mix shochu and drinking water in a 6 to 4 ratio, and let it sit for more than three hours until the shochu and water blend together, resulting in an astonishingly smooth taste. The way to dilute shochu can be adjusted to your preference, whether on the rocks or warmed, both methods highlight the deliciousness of shochu.
