A treasure trove of bento at Hachinohe Station that evokes a sense of travel

Hachinohe No. 1 Stand is an attractive spot that offers bento boxes filled with local specialties, based on the spirit of local production for local consumption. The thoughtfully crafted bento, which remains delicious even when cold, enhances the memories of your journey. In particular, the Hachinohe Kouta Sushi made with mackerel and salmon is a unique dish that evokes the charm of the Tsugaru region with its distinctive knife and flavor.

There is the fun of choosing at the station's shop, and the variety of options is exciting. It's convenient because you can buy it outside the ticket gate, allowing for a quick stop before boarding. They handle various companies' bento boxes, and it's interesting how the selection changes with each shipment. The seafood small wappa is small but packed tightly with rice and ingredients, making it satisfying. It is beautifully arranged with sea urchin, salmon roe, crab, and mekabu, and even has a little abalone, which is visually appealing. The beef and seafood duel bento is also delicious, with both the thinly sliced meat rice and the crab, salmon roe, and sea urchin rice being tasty, especially the seafood which was impressive.
