You can eat in a spacious area within the direct sales facility, making it easy to stop by. The ticket system allows for smooth ordering, and there are plenty of seats. The soba has a firm texture and pairs well with the dipping sauce, making it delicious. The tempura has a light batter, and the aroma of the maitake mushrooms was particularly impressive. The miso ramen includes not only vegetables but also local mushrooms and wild plants, giving you a feeling of getting a little extra. After the meal, you can enjoy gelato and apple soft serve, and the vanilla flavor is also very satisfying.
