The grilled chicken has a wonderful aroma from the binchotan charcoal, and the balance of cooking and flavor is outstanding. The chicken skin is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the texture of the negima and chicken wings is delightful. The creamy liver is smooth and full of flavor, and the heart is overflowing with meat juice, bringing happiness. The hand-formed tsukune pairs perfectly with the sauce, making you want to keep eating. The grilled fish and warm rice balls for lunch, along with the small side dishes and miso soup, are all prepared with care, and each one fills your heart.
