This traditional shop located in a residential area has a calm exterior, but the interior is clean and comfortable to spend time in. The layout centers around a counter, with tables and raised seating that make it convenient to use. The katsudon features thick, juicy meat, and the way the onions are arranged along with the creamy egg works wonderfully. The handmade udon is on the softer side, with a pleasant texture, and the flavor of the broth clings nicely, making it enjoyable to eat until the very end. The miso katsu, made with a slightly sweet Hatcho miso, is rich and allows you to fully enjoy the thick pork flavor. The curry udon has a mild soup with a well-balanced dashi flavor, which pairs excellently with the hot katsu, providing a high level of satisfaction.
