The style of having udon for lunch and grilled offal for dinner is unique. The burdock tempura udon features fragrant burdock as the star ingredient, and it has a gentle flavor. The grilled pork offal at night includes large pieces of tongue and heart, cooked to perfection. The juicy tsukune bursts with meat juices, bringing happiness with every bite. I was impressed by the care put into the initial side dishes of cabbage, pickles, and the offal stew. The attention to detail from the owner and staff creates a comfortable atmosphere, allowing even first-time visitors to relax and enjoy.
